What we collect

Your name, e-mail and (optionally) phone number when you create an account; the descriptions you write and the documents you upload; your orders and payments (card details are handled by Stripe — we never see or store them); and basic technical logs (IP address, browser) for security.

How we use it

To answer your questions, prepare your check and letters, process payments and refunds, e-mail you when something is ready, provide support, and keep the service secure. Your descriptions and documents are processed by AI model providers under contracts that do not allow them to train on your data. We do not sell your personal information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers we need to run Ritezy: hosting and database, AI model providers, Stripe for payments and our e-mail provider — each only for that purpose — and authorities when the law requires it.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account and its content at any time by writing to support@mishpatos.com. We keep payment records as long as tax law requires.
