1. What this service is

Ritezy is a legal-information service. It explains the law that may apply to a situation you describe, based on official legal texts, and can prepare self-help letters from your instructions. It is not a law firm, it does not practice law, and it does not give legal advice. No attorney–client relationship is created by using it, and your communications with it are not protected by attorney–client privilege.

2. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for reviewing every answer and letter before you rely on it or send it, and for meeting any deadline that applies to you. Answers depend on the facts you give; missing or inaccurate facts can change them. Laws change, and our sources may not reflect the latest amendments: each source links to its official text so you can confirm it.

If you have been sued, face a court date, or your matter involves large sums, criminal, immigration or family-law consequences, consult a licensed attorney.

3. Products and payment

The instant answer is free and is never verified against sources. The full check and the letter are one-off purchases, priced in U.S. dollars on the pricing page and charged through Stripe when you order. If a full check cannot confirm any legal source for your situation, its price is refunded automatically. For any other problem with a purchase, write to support@mishpatos.com within 14 days.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use the service to harass anyone, to make threats, to deceive a court or a person, or to send letters containing statements you know are false. Don't attempt to access other people's accounts or to copy the service's content in bulk.

5. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.
